This is the Husband again, our descriptive text was cut off. 

What I wanted to say is that while it's not all that necessary, we elect to always do "clean-out" enemas before playing with our assholes.  Mainly it's because over the years, our method, and we suppose others, is to push out as we gently push a cock or object in.  So our enemas are a just-in-case (it's also fun to do them as we suppose everyone knows - nice warm water, and then blast each other; when very clear, perhaps also have a drink)!
